About Hockey Science & Technology
We provide digital marketing and business development services to hockey skill centres, arenas and organization. Our primary services include iPhone application development, website application development, social network planning and market surveys.

Hockey Science & Technology’s mission is to increase the amount of time and information that a minor hockey player receives for skill development, conditioning, proper nutrition, safety awareness, equipment maintenance, game knowledge and character building.

The need for player development, team management, travel, funding and finding availability of hockey related products and services combined with the intense passion that the hockey community has for this sport has inspired us to present The Hockey Season (www.TheHockeySeason.com)

Hockey Science & Technology is a division of DSL Services Inc. operating in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.

About 80 Hours Hockey Literally, it’s the amount of development time a player should aim for each year.
Symbolically, it’s a hockey player who is dedicated to their sport and committed to building their team-play personality and to finding their full game-potential for their age.

To allow members of the hockey community to search for ice hockey skill development activities and equipment services.

Intellectual Property 80 Hours name and logo and web functionality and design is the property and copyright Hockey Science & Technology.
Access 80 Hours can be accessed using one of the following URLs:

Account Registration Registration is free. Registration is open to businesses only in the countries listed in the Country drop down menu. Registration is restricted to only businesses that offer ice hockey skill development in the following form:

• Camps
• Clinics or Conditioning or Circuits or Sessions
• Demonstrations or Testing or Assessments
• Instruction Courses
• Equipment Services

Activities are typically conducted on arena ice, synthetic ice, skating treadmill, indoor fitness facilities, outdoor dry-land training circuits, classroom setting or medical facility.
Equipment services include professional skate maintenance, equipment cleaning services and equipment repair services.
New accounts are subject to the Hockey Science & Technology system administrator’s authorization. Accounts are generally approved within 24 hours.
Account administrators are encouraged to maintain their account details.

Acceptable Contributions
Authorized accounts may post new events or activities at anytime. Events or activities can be:

• regular activities
• promotional (sale, discount, early bird, last chance) activities
• open house activities
• grand opening activities

Accounts must use the “Map Marker” field or pin-drop function for your physical location (address) only. Please respect other skill development businesses by not pin-dropping your activities at their location. Exceptions are where businesses share the same facilities.

Unacceptable Contributions The following, but not limited to, types of contributions will not be accepted for 80 Hours:

• facilities or businesses that are deemed non-hockey related
• facility or business names that are deemed offensive misleading or non-existent locations.

Account Suspension or Termination Accounts will be suspended for the following reasons:

• violating “Unacceptable Contributions” conditions
• facilities or businesses that do not have a fixed address
• businesses that have an email domain that is different than the business website domain.
• cluttering the database with contributions (and map pin-drops) that are not deemed Acceptable Contributions.
• Hockey Science & Technology system administrator finds content that uses offensive language, foul language, words that are sexual in nature, information intended to lure minors, alcohol references, misleading information, erroneous details, non-existent locations, competitors’ business name(s).

Application Performance
Hockey Science & Technology will regularly review the effectiveness of the 80 Hours web service to ensure that account and end-user experience is an positive one. Modifications to the service maybe made without notice to account holders.
Server outages will prevent access to the web service. We will notify you of scheduled outages on our Between Games blog (http://betweenicegames.blogspot.com).

Release from liability Hockey Science & Technology and parent company DSL Services Inc., its divisions, employees, dealers, agents or suppliers are not liable for any physical or emotional injury, property damage or costs you may sustain as a result of using the 80 Hours web service.
Database use Hockey Science & Technology will not sell your account information in whole or in part to any third party. Hockey Science & Technology or other divisions of DSL Services Inc. may contact you through email, phone or mail to present, promote, or offer you information, products or services directly associated to our/its business or on behalf of a third party that is deemed relevant to your business.
